WHY

Children of all ages will love the Postal Museum. My two and five-year-olds loved Sorted! The Postal Play Space where they could drive the mail van and deliver the post around this amazing immersive mini-town. They ran around scanning parcels, posting letters, using the pulleys and chutes to sort the mail. They loved the trolleys and slides (to burn off all of that energy) as well as dressing up in the postal outfits. There’s a lovely shop for them to play post office and a specially dedicated space for little ones who are crawling. Afterwards we took a ride on the Mail Rail a secret railway built a 100 years ago linking post offices across the city. And made our own stamp in the museum itself – it’s somewhere you could definitely spend the whole day.
